Before your appointment:

Guests: To ensure everyone is comfortable, we recommend bringing up to 5 guests with you. If you’re hoping to bring a larger group, please contact us before booking so we can advise on the most suitable appointment option.

Accessibility: Shared Room appointments are normally held upstairs. If you or a guest require step-free or wheelchair access, please let us know in advance so we can arrange an accessible room for your appointment.

Children & babies: We kindly ask that children under 12 do not attend appointments. If this is unavoidable, please contact us in advance. Babies are welcome; if you’ll be bringing a pram, please let us know so we can arrange the most suitable room.

Accessories: Accessory-only appointments are available on weekdays only. Please contact us to arrange your appointment.

Parking: Metered street parking is available nearby. We recommend allowing an extra 10–15 minutes for parking.

Arrival: Please ring the doorbell when you arrive.
