Not sure how to buy a wedding dress online? It couldn’t be easier. Our online store and helpful sales representatives make wedding dress shopping simple and stress-free. Start by browsing our assortment of bridal gowns, then book a fitting, order online and your dream dress will be delivered right to your door. Can I try on my wedding dress before placing my order online?
Yes, you can schedule a meeting with one of our sales representatives by visiting our website. The visit lasts 40 minutes, and you can try on up to four gowns.
Alternatively, you can schedule a Zoom appointment to view the gown’s details and have all of your questions about how to buy a wedding dress online addressed before placing your order.
Can I place an order with your sales representative?
All of our bridal dresses must be ordered through emilymaybridal.com; our sales representatives are unable to accept payment or handle orders on our behalf.
Do you have any wedding dresses that can be shipped now?
We do have ready-to-wear stock. Super rush orders for some patterns in select sizes may be available to ship out within 4 weeks.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Nude underwear is preferable and wear light make up, kindly no fake tan.
Are the dresses available in regular sizes?
Yes, all bridal gowns will be created in regular sizes in accordance with our Emily May Bridal size guide.
Fee for consultation
We charge for appointments. Brides can always arrange an appointment with us.
This charge is non-refundable.
Please double-check the size and type of the dress you wish to try on before booking and paying for the appointment to avoid disappointment.

Can I bring family and friends to my appointment?
You may only bring one close family member or friend with you because most of our sales agents work from home.
Please confirm this before scheduling your appointment.
Do you do alterations?
We do not undertake changes; you must make your own arrangements with a local dressmaker.
However, we are gathering information on good dressmakers in the area and will notify you if there is one in your area that we are aware of.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship our bridal gowns all over the world. Please read the shipping and delivery page for further information.
How can I view and try your dress if I am not in Australia?

If your location does not currently have a Sale Representative, you can schedule a Zoom appointment to view the dresses online and ask all of your questions.
How long does it take to ship veils?
If we do not have a lace veil in stock, it could take up to 3 to 6 months to arrive.
Most basic pencil or raw edge veils are still available and can be dispatched within 5-7 business days of placing an order; delivery inside Australia typically takes 2-7 business days.
It is the buyer’s obligation to ensure that there is enough time between the order and the wedding date.
Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?
Ready-to-wear accessories, such as raw-edge veils, pencil-edge veils, and beaded belts, are returnable.
If you have any issues, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any made-to-order dresses.
What colours do your dresses come in?
All of the dresses are ivory, with colour lining options available for select designs, as specified on the product.
We do not have any designs in pure white.
What sizes do your dresses come in?
We do not offer custom changes to our gowns
