Shipping, Delivery & Retruns

Shipping within Australia: $30-$60 for shipping and packing within Australia

International shipping: $110-$195 for all international orders (Please always check and confirm with us before ordering if you are ordering outside Australia). Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the price and is the responsibility of the buyer. The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item/s. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional cost will be added prior to purchase.

Time and Delivery:

We like our brides to receive their dress at least two months before their wedding day, to allow enough time for alterations and matching small accessories. We recommend ordering your dress 8-10 months before your wedding as most of the dresses will require 6-8 months to make your dream dress. The rush order option that is listed on the website is not always available (only available when we have fabric in stock already), so is that not recommended to use to calculate your timeframe.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number and email for communication if needed. The courier company will also need your phone number to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver’s end.
Our team will email you the tracking details for you to track your dress. 
For most gowns, we require at least a six to eight months lead time.
However, there may be a rush order option sometimes when we have the fabric in stock already.

Returns:

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Your dress is made to order specifically for you, please choose your items carefully as we are unable to return or exchange due to change of mind. 

Our sample sale dresses are final sale only, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Please ensure you have your measurements taken to ensure fit of each dress. Any faults will be as described.

Once you receive your dress/item, please try it on as soon as possible without make-up, lotions or fake tan. On the rare occasion you think there is a fault, please contact us at info@emilymaybridal.com including a few photos of  your concern and we will happily work with you to reach a solution. Unfortunately, we can only cover costs if any concerns are brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.
